Crypto Exchange · Remote (European working hours) · Full-timeUkrainian — native or fluentAbout the OpportunityWe are a recruitment partner working with a company building a cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, currently at an early stage.The team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / HR Generalist to support hiring and help build core HR processes from scratch.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will combine recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and operational HR support — with potential to grow into a Head of HR role as the team scales.What Makes This Role InterestingEarly-stage crypto company (pre-launch)Work directly with founders and key stakeholdersOpportunity to grow into Head of HR as the team scales (10 → 50+)Mix of recruitment + HR operations + process buildingHigh ownership, not just coordinationKey ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholdersManage calendars and collect availabilityAct as main point of contact for candidatesEnsure a smooth and professional hiring processAgency & Pipeline ManagementCoordinate work with external recruitment agenciesTrack pipelines, candidate statuses, and feedback loopsEnsure alignment between agencies and internal teamHR Operations & SupportSupport onboarding and basic compliance processesMaintain HR documentation and hiring recordsAssist with internal HR processes (e.g. time-off tracking)Process BuildingHelp structure and improve hiring workflowsSupport development of internal HR processes from scratchGrowth Scope (Nice to Have)Participate in sourcing and initial candidate screeningSupport interviewsWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in:recruiting coordination / HR operations / HR generalist rolesStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience working with multiple stakeholdersComfortable managing processes, follow-ups, and ambiguityUkrainian — native or fluentEnglish — B1+ (working proficiency is sufficient)Nice to HaveExperience working with recruitment agenciesStartup / early-stage environment experienceExposure to fintech / crypto / techCompensationCompetitive compensation packageFully remote setup
