The ideal candidatewill be motivated, reliable, and willing to learn on the job. Experience is preferred but notrequired; we are open to training the right candidate.Responsibilities:Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of docks and other waterfront structuresOperate hand and power toolsEnsure work is completed safely and to the highest quality standardsPerform routine maintenance and inspectionsCollaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized worksiteRequirements:Experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not requiredAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objectsWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safetyGood communication and teamwork skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off
