Cloud Endpoint Engineer Job Summary: The Cloud Endpoint Engineer manages and deploys cloud-based endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune. This role involves configuring Intune Autopilot, deploying software packages, and ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management.Key Responsibilities:-Configure and manage Intune Autopilot for device provisioning and deployment.-Develop and deploy software packages using Intune.-Configure and maintain Endpoint Manager settings and policies.-Monitor and manage endpoint security, compliance, and performance.-Provide support for endpoint-related issues and troubleshoot problems.-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality, manufacturing, and within IT, to ensure that our Eng solutions effectively support our product development and lifecycle management needs.-Apply technical and managerial skills to manage an area of responsibility, while managing the budget and cost-effectiveness.-Establish and maintain positive global business relationships throughout the business community.Qualifications and Education:-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are beneficial.-Experience with Intune Autopilot configuration and management.-Proficiency in Intune package deployment and Endpoint Manager.-Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance.-Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
