Experience in the Paul Mitchell industry is strongly preferred but not required.We look forward to meeting some well qualified candidates!QualificationsThe education director is a licensed instructor , a strong technical stylist, and a well rounded presenter with ownership of the Paul Mitchell School systems. As a leader, he or she must have excellent time management, soft skills, strong coaching ability, flexibility, and great problem solving skills.ObjectiveThe objective of the education leader is to lead, train, guide, coach and mentor our fellow Learning Leaders to deliver brilliant , consistent Paul Mitchell education and create well-rounded, salon ready Future Professionals.To Achieve this, The education leader must create and maintain yearly education calendars; train the Learning Leader team; know state rules, laws and regulations; and consistently inspect, train, coach, and redirect as needed. The Education Leader must have ownership of clinic classroom systems, theory, specialty classes, and all Paul Mitchell tools and resources. The Education leader works closely with management team members to put Future Professionals at the forefront of everything done in the school.
