These are seasonal positions and are estimated to last for 3-6 months. Hiring will take place on a rolling basis until all openings are filled. There are openings for Day Shift (generally 8 am - 6 pm) or Night Shift (generally 6 pm - 8 am). Actual shift times will vary depending on business need. Hourly Rate $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr. This range is estimated for a Seasonal Lab Technician in Memphis, Tennessee. Actual hourly rate may differ based upon location.What You'll Do:What You'll Bring:Prepare and analyze samples for a wide variety of testing proceduresFollow the outlined methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures for the tests assignedLearn to operate and maintain scientific equipment/instrumentationDocument activities and report results in a concise and accurate mannerAssist group leaders and analysts in ordering and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentationEnsure cleanliness and maintenance of laboratory equipment and areasModel our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environmentOther duties as requiredWaypoint Analytical is an equal opportunity employer.
