We’re a fast-growing trucking company hiring an Operations Coordinator to own scheduling, real-time adjustments, and operational continuity. What You’ll Own Build and maintain proactive driver and asset schedules Adjust schedules in real time when plans change Fill coverage gaps and recover missed or failed runs Manage dispatch offers and confirmations Minimize downtime and declined work Coordinate closely with dispatch and maintenance Audit schedule handoffs and catch misses before they become problems Document changes clearly and communicate updates fast This Role Is a Great Fit If You’ve Scheduled For: Healthcare Transportation, logistics, or fleet operations Teaching Event Planning Any environment where coverage mattered and mistakes were costly Ideal Skills Strong planning and re-planning instincts Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits Calm communicator when plans break Comfortable making fast decisions with imperfect information Values consistency, fairness, and accountability Schedule Sunday: ~2 hrs evening + on-call until 6:30 AM Mon–Fri: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM EST + on-call until 6:30 AM Location Requirements Must live within a day’s driving distance of Savannah, GA In-person training in Jacksonville, FL Compensation Base pay: $1,128/week Commission: ~$100–$150/week once operating independently Total: $63,000–$67,000/year If you’re the person who spots holes in schedules before anyone else — and takes pride in keeping coverage clean — we want to hear from you.
