Concrete ForemanWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise concrete crews on job sitesPlan and coordinate daily work to ensure productivity and qualityRead and interpret blueprints and site plansOversee forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concreteEnsure safe operations and OSHA complianceCommunicate with project managers, customers, and team membersMonitor materials and track job progressTravel to regional job sites and stay overnight as neededRequirements3–4 years of concrete experience (residential and/or commercial)Prior foreman or leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishingAbility to manage and motivate a crewValid driver's licenseWillingness to travel during the work weekStrong work ethic and attention to detailPreferred SkillsCommercial construction experienceExperience in carpentry or general constructionCore SkillsConcrete • Concrete Finishing • Concrete Forming • Construction • CarpentryExperience LevelIntermediateJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
