Senior Full Stack Developer - LATAM Remote

Our consultants are quick on their feet and committed to driving quality, collaboration, and innovation.Residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence are eligible for this opportunity.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will typically have 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including meaningful experience across both frontend and backend development, and will have demonstrated many of the following skills:Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript, with extensive experience using ReactStrong professional experience developing backend applications and services with Node.jsExperience designing, querying, and optimizing PostgreSQL databasesExperience with Redux ToolkitExperience with React QueryExperience developing Node.js applications using Koa or similar frameworksExperience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIsExperience connecting frontend applications with backend services and databasesExperience with frontend build tools and modern application toolchainsStrong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimizationUnderstanding of backend performance, scalability, error handling, and application securityFamiliarity with database design, data modeling, migrations, and transactional workflowsFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitAbility to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to technical and product discussionsExperience applying UI/UX principles and working closely with designers to create engaging interfacesAbility to work independently across the stack while coordinating effectively with other developers, designers, product stakeholders, and client teamsB2-level English competency or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both verbally and in writingNice-to-Have SkillsExperience designing or consuming gRPC servicesExperience with Apache ThriftExperience developing and deploying applications on AWSFamiliarity with cloud-native architectures, containerized applications, and distributed systemsExperience with automated testing across frontend, API, and backend application layers
