More specifically, you will:Explore and identify teams that match your professional interests. Contribute to high impact technical projects with teams across Development or Customer-facing Engineering organizations. Depending on your background and interests, project work can be customized to focus on areas such as AI, embedded systems, compilers, cloud computing, dynamics and control systems, and other engineering and software development domains.Gain an understanding of customer workflows and deep product knowledge by solving complex technical issues for our customers. Work directly with top engineers and scientists that are making an impact with our tools in the world.Develop leadership skills through opportunities to show initiative, lead process improvements, and coach and mentor others. Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.Additional QualificationsBachelors (for our Undergraduate program) or Masters/Ph.D. (for our Graduate program) in Engineering or Computer ScienceStrong academic recordExcellent communication and time management skillsStrong programming skillsA good understanding of object-oriented programming is required for CS majorsExperience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus, but not required#GD-T
