You'll work directly in the field supporting commercial and mission-critical sites.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be DoingInstall, configure, and test low-voltage security systems, including:Access ControlCCTV / IP Video SurveillanceIntrusion DetectionPerform site walks and assist with system planningRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawingsDocument work completed through service reports and project updatesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and fellow techniciansRepresent the organization professionally while delivering excellent customer serviceQualificationsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience as a field technician in low-voltage, security, or electrical systemsExperience with installations, service, or both in systems such as Lenel, Software House, Genetec, AvigilonStrong understanding of wiring, electronics, and system integrationAbility to read schematics and technical documentationComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in environments such as commercial, healthcare, industrial, or government facilitiesAdditional InformationExcellent culture with a team-first mindsetCompany vehicle, gas card, and tools.Competitive compensation (hourly wage + benefits)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Clear upward mobility into Field Project Manager / Leadership rolesStable company with long-term growth opportunities
