We believe experienced engineers should have ownership, not micromanagement.We are hiring a Level 3 Systems Engineer to focus on advanced Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and server challenges. This role is hands on and technical. You will handle complex issues, strengthen infrastructure, and contribute to well planned project work. The goal is clean architecture, proactive systems, and long term client stability.Core FocusAdvanced Azure troubleshooting across subscriptions, VMs, and virtual networkingMicrosoft 365 administration including Conditional Access and MFAFirewall and VLAN troubleshooting across SonicWall, Fortinet, and UbiquitiHyper V support and backup strategy oversightPowerShell for automation and efficiencySupporting structured migrations and infrastructure upgradesWhat We Are Looking For3 to 5+ years of MSP experienceStrong Azure and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting backgroundSolid networking and firewall knowledgeAt least one Microsoft or Security certificationWe promote from within and value strong technical contributors who want long term growth.
