Job DescriptionAssesses system, application, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates & implements new advanced technologiesEnsures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutionsSupports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a projectResponsible for assignments and tasks to meeting project deliverablesAssist in project analysis and discoveryProject coding and perform technical solutions designs and individual development tasksAssist in unit, integration, QA, and regression testing as neededPerform production defect troubleshooting and resolutionTier 3 support: Open internal and external (vendor) tickets to assist in problem resolution, escalate production support issues appropriately, and provide updates to service ticketsAssist the customer service and implementation teams with routing or emergency client support tasks (triage)
