This role focuses primarily on inbound HRIS census and benefits conversion files, with additional responsibilities including ad hoc inbound and outbound integrations supporting vendors such as wellness partners, 401(k), ACA and reporting solutions.This is a fast-paced, multi-project environment requiring strong organization, technical aptitude, and stakeholder communication skills. Businessolver is a workspace anywhere company.The Gig:Own the full lifecycle of new data exchange development, including requirements gathering, documentation, file configuration, testing oversight, and on-time launchServe as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients/vendors to document specifications and integration requirementsCollaborate with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structures, file layouts, mappings, and configuration profilesConfigure and document data files, establish secure file transfers, and execute testing plansCoordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors to review specifications, layouts, and test resultsPartner with project managers to maintain project tracking documentation, timelines, and status reportingUtilize industry-standard file formats and integration toolsSupport peer quality assurance efforts, including defect tracking and resolutionIdentify risks and participate in status discussions, escalating issues as neededDeliver exceptional customer service to both clients and internal teamsOwn the transition from onboarding to steady-state (business-as-usual), including documentation handoff, knowledge transfer, and issue resolutionContribute to a culture of continuous improvementWhat you need to make the cut:4+ years of administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent industry experience; SaaS environment experience preferredProficiency with XML and strong Excel skillsDemonstrated ability to work with large data sets, identify patterns, and ensure data accuracyExperience using tools such as SQL, Beyond Compare, JavaScript, XLS, Access, or similar (working knowledge acceptable)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client assignments and overlapping timelinesAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExperience facilitating client and vendor meetings, capturing requirements, and driving action itemsCross-functional project experienceBachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldCamera-ready The pay range for this position is $45K to 81K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
