Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesExemplify our 212 commitment to servicePerform all duties of a Service Associate IIConsultative Selling – Engaging customers and prospects to uncover needs and offer solutionsSupervise all Service Associate activities, including customer service efforts, balancing success, and maintenance of work areasPerform various branch level audits of cash and cash handling equipmentApprove checks and deposits according to SYB check cashing and hold waiver policiesBalance ATMOrder and ship money to maintain proper inventory and fill coin and currency ordersParticipate in the interviewing process and hiring decisionsProvide ongoing training, feedback and input to Office Manager on Service Associate performance reviews Participate in weekly team meetingsCommunicate procedural changes or update to the staffWorking ConditionsWill work on teller line, which requires long periods of standing and/or at a deskMinimum Job RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED EquivalentExperience: 6 months of teller experienceSpecific SkillsGood written and verbal communication skillsProven decision-making abilityProven ability to supervise and work well with othersProfessional appearance and demeanorMust be dependableSupervisory Responsibility: Help lead and guide Service Associates on the teller linePhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
