You own activation, usage, and retention of dental professionals in your territory, and your performance is measured in shifts worked, active professional count, and fill rate.This is not a passive relationship role. You are accountable for outcomes.You get newly approved professionals onto their first shift. You drive repeat usage across your portfolio. You re-engage the disengaged before they go cold. And every day, you work to make sure open shifts get filled. Relationships are the tool, shifts worked is the scoreboard.You'll be on the phone, in HubSpot, in the admin portal, and in the data every day. Every day brings something new, and we know how to have fun while pushing for excellence.If you thrive on speed, accountability, and excellence, and want to grow alongside exceptional people, you will fit right in.Scope of OwnershipOwns: Professional activation, getting newly approved professionals to their first completed shift.Owns: Shift fulfillment, daily outreach to ensure open shifts, particularly at low-fill offices and for first-shift offices, are covered.Owns: Professional account management, ongoing engagement, re-engagement of lapsed pros, and quarterly check-ins with top professionals.Owns: Fill rate and active professional count in assigned territory.Does not own: Day-to-day incident handling or escalations, that belongs to Operations & Support.Key Performance IndicatorsPrimary KPIsFill Rate, Shifts filled vs. shifts posted. This is the north star.Active Professionals, Number of professionals working shifts in a given period.Activations, Newly approved professionals who complete their first shift.Core ResponsibilitiesShift FulfillmentExecute daily shift outreach via phone, text, and email.Get professionals onto open shifts.Work with market teams to identify low fill rate offices and areas.New Professional ActivationContact every newly approved professional within 24–48 hours of approval.Build a personal relationship from day one, understand their availability, preferences, and goals.Drive urgency to get their first shift booked before momentum fades.Follow up post-first-shift to celebrate, gather feedback, and book shift number two.Unblock approved-but-stuck professionals who haven't completed onboarding steps.Professional Account ManagementManage a portfolio of active, disengaged, and never-worked professionals.Conduct quarterly check-ins with top professionals, retention, satisfaction, and career conversations.Identify low-utilization professionals and work to increase shift frequency.Success in This Role Looks LikeFill rate in your territory is consistently at or above target.Your active professional count grows month over month.Your top professionals feel genuinely taken care of.Who You AreRelationship-driven. You operate with urgency and understand that speed and excellence are the standards at Kwikly.Experience and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, customer success, recruiting, or a similar high-touch relationship role.Comfortable with high-volume outreach, calls, texts, and emails as a daily workflow.Experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) for task management, lifecycle tracking, and communication logging.Strong verbal communication skills, confident on the phone, natural at building rapport quickly.Bonus PointsBackground in dental, staffing, or healthcare.Experience in a marketplace, platform, or two-sided business model.You've temped or worked in a dental office and understand what dental professionals face day to day.Why Join UsHigh-growth company in a massive, underserved market, we're the #1 dental staffing platform in the U.S.Real ownership over a number that matters.
