Warehouse Associate McDonough, GAWe are seeking reliable, motivated team members to join our McDonough fulfillment operation. This role focuses on hands-on order processing, quality control, and supporting daily warehouse activities that keep our customers satisfied and our facility running smoothly.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform manual order fulfillment, including case picking, each picking, kitting, lumping, value-added services, and e-commerce order processing.Repair & Restore: Rework and salvage damaged products to give them a second life.Conduct visual quality checks to ensure correct product, damage-free condition, proper quantities, and compliance with customer shipping standards.Verify customer-specific packaging requirements to prevent supplier penalties.Communicate any product defects or missing inventory to management promptly.Follow all documented work instructions, processes, and operational guidelines.Assist with physical inventory counts as needed.RequirementsAbility to follow oral and written instructions, accept coaching, and communicate respectfully.Ability to stand 812 hours per day in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Consistently follow the process to log all defects or missing inventory.Previous general work experience (warehouse experience a plus).Location:McDonough, GAType:Full-TimeIf you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a strong team, we'd love to hear from you!
