Job Description Salary: $75,000 - $200,000We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead all on-site activities and drive field execution from mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract documents and quality standards.You will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and field staff while maintaining alignment with the Project Manager and overall project goals.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Lead daily field operations and coordinate all subcontractor activitiesDevelop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules; proactively manage delaysEnforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and lead safety meetingsEnsure work is installed per plans, specifications, and quality requirementsLead preinstallation and coordination meetings with trade partnersManage site logistics, material deliveries, and jobsite organizationTrack progress, manpower, and daily field reportsCoordinate inspections, testing, and trade handoffsPartner with the Project Manager on schedule, cost tracking, and billing progressOversee punch list completion, commissioning, and project turnoverQualifications:Proven experience supervising ground-up and renovation construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and schedulingAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractsExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, and standard construction softwareOSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projectsCollaborative team environment with strong support from leadershipClear path for growth and advancementCompetitive compensation and benefitsWhat We Offer:401K with matchingHealthcarePaid vacations and holidaysPerformance bonusAbout Us:We are a General Contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering complex public and institutional projects across K12, higher education, healthcare, and civic markets.
