Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8A-4PSalary: $70,000 - $75,000 + benefitsLocation: New York, NY Program Overview: We are partnered with a multigenerational community program serving primarily older adults (60+) in a local NYCHA development, offering social services, health and wellness support, meals, and educational and recreational programming. The initiative supports aging in place through case management, benefits assistance, healthcare coordination, and community engagement, reaching over 800 members.Position Summary: The Program Manager leads and oversees all program operations, including social services, outreach, wellness programming, and community partnerships. This role manages staff, budgets, and daily activities while ensuring compliance with funding requirements. The manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support older adults in living independently and staying socially connected.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily program operations, staff, and service deliveryEnsure compliance with contracts, reporting, and performance goalsManage budget, expenses, and financial trackingSupervise case management, outreach, and member servicesDevelop programming, events, and community engagement initiativesBuild partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizationsMonitor data, reporting, and program outcomesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s highly preferred3+ years of leadership experience in aging or community-based servicesExperience with program management, staff supervision, and contract complianceStrong organizational, communication, and partnership-building skills
