Job SummaryUnder supervision, responsible for providing advising/consultation, undergraduate program administration, outreach and event planning in The Arts Group Undergraduate Advising Center. Provide consultation and direct students to appropriate resources, manage course enrollment process, maintain student and instructional databases, manage scholarship and awards processes, schedule courses, back up for course evaluations and student assistants staffing the front desk.Apply By Date: May 21, 2026QualificationsMinimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the positionNo Minimum Education required.Experience providing administrative counseling to students in a university setting including skills to instruct students in academic planning and course selection techniques, study skills and policies and procedures.Experience working with diverse student populations including, but not limited to, students with diverse abilities, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic backgrounds and religions; ability to effectively address the advising needs of historically underrepresented and minoritized students.Experience using computer software (Word, Excel, Access) for word-processing, spreadsheet, and maintaining database.
