Master Plumber
Overview
The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of maintenance skills and experience, enabling them to address various tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage time effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform general maintenance and repairs across facilities, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems.
Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
Utilize programmable logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
Interpret schematics to effectively diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Conduct residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality.
Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are safe and operational.
Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff or contractors during projects.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in maintenance roles with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
Proficiency in electrical systems, including the use of an ohmmeter for testing.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and facilities maintenance practices.
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality workmanship.
