Workday Integrations Developer - Up to $170,000 + Bonus - Hybrid, NJWe’re looking for an experienced Workday Integration professional to join a growing team focused on modernising and scaling enterprise HR technology solutions. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, influencing stakeholders, and driving best-practice Workday solutions across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Workday integrationsModernise existing integrations and support a growing pipeline of AI-driven initiatives and automation projectsWork closely with business stakeholders and HR Operations teams to identify the best technical solutions for evolving requirementsContribute to the expansion of existing Workday Extend use cases, with several additional projects plannedRequired Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, including Studio and Workday OrchestrateExperience with either Workday PRISM or Workday ExtendStrong understanding of Workday architecture and integration best practicesAbility to assess business problems and determine the most effective technical solutionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
