Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to internal teams, field personnel, and management related to fleet operationsCoordinate daily fleet activities including vehicle and equipment assignments, availability tracking, and utilizationMaintain accurate records for fleet assets including registrations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and compliance documentationWork directly with field employees to support vehicle and equipment needs, resolve issues, and ensure timely serviceLearn and utilize multiple internal and external fleet management systems to produce required reports in a timely mannerMonitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtimeAudit and track fleet-related costs, usage data, and documentation for accuracyEnsure all fleet information is collected, processed, analyzed, and distributed accurately and on time to appropriate stakeholdersSupport compliance with company safety policies, DOT requirements, and regulatory standardsPerform general administrative duties related to fleet operationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination, equipment management, logistics, or related administrative supportMinimum 2+ years post-high school education; college degree preferred (construction, logistics, or business-related fields a plus)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to understand financial tools and master Henkels & McCoy fleet and internal systemsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field and office teamsHenkels & McCoy, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
