Security - Close Protection - Executive Protection
Position Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified Close Protection / Executive Protection Professionals to provide protective services for clients in a variety of operational environments. This role requires sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. Assignments will vary by client, location, and threat profile, and individuals must be capable of operating independently or as part of a protective team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide close and executive protection for principals during travel, public appearances, residences, and events
Conduct advance work, site surveys, route planning, and threat/risk assessments
Maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
Coordinate with local law enforcement, venue security, and support staff as required
Execute protective movements, arrival/departure protocols, and emergency response actions
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and strict confidentiality at all times
Accurately complete reports, logs, and post-assignment documentation
Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and client requirements
Required Qualifications:
Law enforcement or military experience
Executive Protection / Close Protection experience strongly preferred
Ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional under pressure
Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow direction while exercising sound independent judgment
Physically capable of standing, walking, and operating for extended periods
Willingness to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks and any client-specific vetting
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal executive protection training or certifications
Military protective service, PSD, or specialized law enforcement unit experience
Emergency medical, first aid, or trauma training
Experience operating in plainclothes and low-profile environments

Adhere to grooming, attire, and conduct standards appropriate to executive protection operations
