ResponsibilitiesTreat patients under the direction and plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.Carry out therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and mobility work.Help patients progress safely toward strength, balance, mobility, pain reduction, and recovery goals.Monitor patient response during treatment and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.Educate patients on exercises, positioning, safety, home programs, and follow-through.Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in the clinic's EMR system.Communicate clearly with patients, Physical Therapists, clinic staff, and leadership.Support a clean, safe, organized, and professional treatment environment.Build strong patient relationships through encouragement, coaching, and consistent care.Follow clinic standards, state practice guidelines, and PTA scope of practice.
