If you have a passion for food service, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure exceptional food service deliveryPrepare and maintain employee work schedulesMonitor attendance and professional appearance of dietary staffOversee food distribution, ensuring proper portioning and tray arrangementEnsure timely delivery and pick-up of resident meal traysMaintain food quality standards, including proper temperatures and presentationAssist with food preparation and service when neededVisit resident floors weekly to assess service quality and resident satisfactionUphold sanitation standards in all kitchen and dining areasEnsure proper use and maintenance of food service equipment; report issues to Engineering/MaintenanceRequirements High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a 90-hour course in food, nutrition, and personnel management in food service, or equivalent1–2 years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBenefits 401(k) retirement planGenerous paid time offComprehensive medical and dental coverageTeam-oriented work environmentCompany perksEmployee recognition programsApply Today!
