Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BCBA Clinical Director specializing in In-Home ABA Services. The position is located in Columbia, MD. The Clinical Director will oversee and manage clinical operations, provide clinical supervision to a team of behavioral technicians, ensure high-quality in-home ABA services, and maintain compliance with ethical standards and treatment goals. Additional responsibilities include supporting team members through case consultations, monitoring treatment progress, and collaborating with families and stakeholders to achieve optimal client outcomes. Qualifications Strong background in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and PsychologyProven expertise in Clinical Supervision, with the ability to guide and mentor clinical teamsKnowledge of medicine and therapeutic practices relevant to ABA and behavioral interventionsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsBCBA certification and licensure (required)Experience in delivering in-home ABA services and coordinating with families (preferred)Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
