Director, Strategic Partnerships

Job Description:Define the partner strategy. Recruit and sign foundational partners. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Build the joint GTM motion. Own contract structuring and negotiation. Be the product feedback loop from the ecosystem. Stand up the partner program infrastructure. Represent PermitFlow externally. Requirements:8+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales - ideally at a B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, ConTech, PropTech, or InsurTech company. Track record of expanding and scaling, not just maintaining. Quota / revenue accountability in your past. Ecosystem fluency in home services / construction / contractor tech is a strong plus. Exec-level presence. Commercial sharpness. Builder mindset. High agency, low ego.
