Director of Visual Content and Production
The Boca Raton is seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Services Director to lead and manage all creative projects, including but not limited to collateral development, advertising campaigns, photoshoots and production needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury branding, exceptional creative skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency
Scope: Focuses specifically on the production and approval of visual content, such as photos, videos, and other visual assets.
Responsibilities: Manages the logistics and execution of photo shoots and video productions, including coordinating with photographers, videographers, and production crews. Ensures that all visual content meets the brand's standards and guidelines.
Focus: More on the operational and executional aspects of creating visual content, ensuring high-quality production and consistency across all visual assets.
Decision-Making: Approves final visual assets, ensuring they are on-brand and meet the required quality standards.
Essential Functions
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
Oversees the development of creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand positioning documents, style guides, advertisements, and collateral items while managing department design workflow and monitoring deadlines.
Lead and manage all photography and videography creation.
o Direct, produce, and oversee photographer sourcing, shot list creation, styling, and organization of all property and brand photoshoots.
Manage and direct creative agency partnerships for The Boca Raton.
o Production - Oversight and management of multiple Printing Agencies to ensure brand standards and quality are met on all collateral, operational, and branded items.
o Media Buying - In partnership with CCO, develop and distribute print, digital, and out-of-home advertising while ensuring deadlines are met.
o Creative Development - Lead creative direction, manage project timelines, and direct priorities to ensure brand cohesiveness throughout all marketing deliverables.
With the marketing team develop an annual marketing plan for The Boca Raton and execute department strategies.
Work cooperatively with all property departments to ensure alignment on strategy, collateral needs, messaging, and active marketing campaigns.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Internal Relationships
Collaborate with all members of Marketing Communications team to develop strategies and timelines, maximize efforts and brainstorm new ideas.
Close working relationships with: Sales Team, Member Relations, Food & Beverage, Engineering and Catering.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 year’s experience in marketing team creating promotional materials
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Presentation preparation to sell ideas, and document deliverables and results
Ability to delegate and manage project requirements across departments, teams and vendors to assure accountability and deliver results
Microsoft office applications
Developing content through collaborative creative process
Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred – Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, Art
Travel industry experience required, preferably for resort location
