Project EngineerStep into a high-impact Project Engineer opportunity with a confidential client, where you will help drive meaningful results across Automotive/ Motor Vehicles. This role offers the chance to make a visible contribution in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA while supporting ambitious technical and operational goals.Your Key Responsibilities• Manage capital improvement projects as assigned by developing a RFQ, acquiring proposals and quotes, creating and staying within a timeline and fiscal budget, and providing both written and verbal updates to all levels of the company.• Design and Implement changes / modifications to production machines and tooling by creating and or revising technical drawings, specifying components, supervising fabrication by the tool room and subsequent installation and testing.• Install and test new production machine designs, including concepts and tooling, and the development of fully functioning machine(s).• Support die casting and injection molding operations, including tooling and process troubleshooting.• Support and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems in manufacturing operations• Design and develop mechanical components using CAD tools• Perform engineering calculations (stress, load, thermal) to support design decisionsWhat You Bring to the RoleEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field3-5+ years of engineering or project experience (automotive preferred)Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, calculations, and manufacturing processesExperience using CAD systems (preferably AutoCAD), spreadsheets, word documents, databases and email programs (for example Microsoft Office Suite).Experience with Injection Molding and/or Die Casting.Vocational/Technical School/work experience related to machine shop practices.What's In It For Youtop tier compensation and benefits, with source-aligned pay details of 100000-125000 US Dollars per annual salary.A clear on-site opportunity with defined business impact and the chance to step into meaningful ownership quickly.Excellent opportunity for growth and potential lead to Engineering Management.ADVANCE YOUR ENGINEERING CAREER TODAYRECRUITING TOP ENGINEERS SINCE 1997Our company is called Top Engineer.
