SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Principal AdvisorYou will serve as a principal advisor to General/Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders on enterprise supply chain and manpower program will direct the design, execution, and continuous monitoring of an enterprise-level enlisted personnel and manpower supply chain pipeline.You will serve as the authoritative source and lead technical authority for enterprise quota management, accession planning, and distribution models.You will formulate and lead the development of enterprise performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading and lagging will represent the organization as a senior subject matter expert on joint-service, Department of Defense, and high-level stakeholder committees.You will prepare and present comprehensive strategic briefings, executive summaries, and decision packages to senior military and civilian executives.You will conceptualize, plan, and execute high-visibility studies and analytical evaluations to optimize organizational efficiency and business processes.
