Project Manager - Structures

Mark Thomas is adding a Project Manager to our Structures division! The Project Manager manages all aspects of multiple projects using company project controls, available staff, and sub-consultant resources. The Project Manager monitors the budgetary health of the projects and develops their own client base through business development activities and a higher level of client care, developing long-standing, positive client relationships. The supervisory responsibilities include the training, development, and mentoring of direct reports, and assigned staff to responsible projects. This role maintains a broad view of the project and communicates this view through direct, ongoing communication with relevant staff, clients, and sub-consultants.
