Full Stack .NET Lead

- We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable applications for a financial services client.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React/Angular.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions and provide technical leadership to the development team.
Work with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, APIs, and integrations.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements in application performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern web technologies.
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, React/Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure.
Experience with microservices, cloud-based applications, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Financial services/banking experience is preferred.
