HR Manager, People Development

Staffing Now is seeking a Talent Management Lead to support human resources and talent operations for a non-profit client organization. This contract position offers the opportunity to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. The position is 100% on-site during the contract period and will transition to a hybrid schedule upon conversion, accompanied by a competitive pay increase.Compensation: $35 per hour during the contract period (DOE)Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day HR and talent management operations with a focus on efficiency and complianceProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and corrective actionsManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboardingAdminister benefits programs, open enrollment, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation)Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain HRIS/ATS systems and produce accurate HR reports for leadership Qualifications:3-5 years of HR or talent management experienceStrong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations best practicesExperience with benefits administration and leave managementFamiliarity with HRIS platforms; UltiPro experience preferredExcellent communication skills, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality Position Details:Contract role with potential for temp-to-hire100% on-site during the contract periodHybrid schedule if converted to permanent$35 per hour (DOE)
