**Manufacturing Operator****Location:** **Johnson City, TN (Rolling Hills Dr., 37604)****Shift:** **2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM)****Pay Rate:** **Starting at** **$** **17.25/hr****About the Role**We are seeking a detail‐oriented, safety‐focused Manufacturing Operator to support the processing of premium-quality nickel titanium wire products. In this role, you will operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, ensure dimensional accuracy, verify product quality, and maintain complete and accurate documentation throughout the production cycle.**Key Responsibilities**+ Set up machines according to process parameters and product specifications.+ Load raw materials into production equipment following established work instructions.+ Operate multiple machines to process wire to desired diameter, length, finish, and form.+ Maintain all dimensional and visual quality requirements as documented.+ Ensure product traceability as material moves through production stages.+ Identify non‐conforming material and follow proper containment procedures.+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.+ Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.+ Maintain appropriate inventory of chemicals used in production processes.+ Follow complaint handling and quality system requirements.**Qualifications****Education**+ High School Diploma or GED preferred+ Technical degree (AS or BS) a plus**Experience**+ Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required**Skills & Competencies**+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals+ Ability to write simple correspondence and complete required documentation+ Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable working one‐on‐one or in small groups+ Team‐oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively+ Quality‐driven with strong attention to detail+ Proficient in using measurement and testing instruments+ Ability to accurately inspect, measure, and log production results+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)+ Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram-based instructions+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry into manufacturing software)**Work Schedule**+ **Monday - Thursday**+ **3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)****Pay Details:** $17.25 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
