Construction Project Manager

You’ll have the autonomy to solve problems, improve operations, and make decisions that directly affect project success and profitability.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy bringing order to complex projects, and take pride in delivering quality work on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.Lead Projects from Start to FinishOversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCollaborate with superintendents and subcontractors to manage daily on-site activitiesLead pre-construction planning, scope reviews, budgeting, and scheduling with stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsBuild Strong Client RelationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other project partnersLead client meetings and provide clear, concise updates on schedule, budget, risks, and overall project performanceAnticipate concerns, communicate proactively, and develop solutions that strengthen client confidenceMaintain alignment among all stakeholders from kickoff through final turnoverOwn the Financial PerformanceManage project budgets and P&L with a strong focus on profitability, cost control, and qualityTrack project costs, commitments, change orders, and financial performanceWork closely with finance and leadership teams to provide accurate forecasts and reportingIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, protect margins, and reduce unnecessary costsKeep People and Resources MovingDevelop, maintain, and communicate realistic project schedulesCoordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources across multiple states and job sitesBalance competing project priorities while minimizing delays, downtime, and travel-related costsHold project teams accountable while creating a collaborative, solutions-focused environmentManage Contracts and Reduce RiskOversee contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and minimize riskImplement risk management strategies to identify potential issues early and develop mitigation plansEnsure compliance with all legal and contractual obligationsLead a Strong Safety CultureMake safety a visible and consistent priority across every job siteEnsure employees and subcontractors follow established safety proceduresMaintain compliance with OSHA requirements and other applicable industry standardsPartner with field leadership to identify hazards and correct unsafe conditions promptlyExperienceMinimum 7-10 years of construction industry experience, including project management rolesProven experience in managing large-scale construction projects across multiple locations, with ownership of P&LBachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredAdvanced certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA 30 a plusThe OpportunityThis is an opportunity to lead meaningful projects, influence operational performance, and play a key role in the continued success of a growing construction organization.
