The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of Information Technology, ensuring its alignment with the organization's vision and strategic initiatives. This includes overseeing the development and execution of IT budgets, maintaining an enterprise technology architecture, and leading the planning, implementation, and enhancement of all IT systems. The CIO will also be tasked with identifying and leveraging technology opportunities to improve business processes, as well as staying current with industry developments to ensure the company's IT capabilities remain competitive and responsive to growth.Key responsibilities for the CIO at the company include partnering with senior leadership to address complex business challenges, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures for data security and privacy, and leading workforce planning to support a positive and engaging IT environment. The role also involves driving best practices in service delivery, fostering strong relationships across the organization, and mentoring IT employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, decision-making frameworks, and a proven track record of utilizing KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
