This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. This position is responsible for providing the project and programmatic management expertise for the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of assigned projects for the Client, ranging in value from $200K to $50M or more.In this role you will serve as an interface between the government facilities management organization, design and construction contractors, Site Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractor, local utilities, and all other customers and stakeholders on matters related to customer requirements, project prioritization, and execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the five phases of the project life cycle, to include requirements development, programming, design, construction, and closeout. You will serve as a Project Manager overseeing and managing the tasks and functions related to the Client’s overall facilities operations. Some, but not all, of the key focus areas includeFacilities RecapitalizationLong-term, strategic planningAdvocacy and justification for budget and corporate prioritizationMonitoring and Documentation of Critical InfrastructureDesign and construction oversightPrimary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited toServe as a liaison, coordinating and reporting to U.S. government representatives at various levelsManage the activities of A/E (Architectural/Engineering) firms and construction contractors, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, meet quality standards, and stay within budgetConduct and validate cost proposalsDevelop and present metrics to promote a culture of continuous improvement QualificationsActive TS/SCI with PolygraphBachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 7+ years of relevant experience in the IC, DOD or Commercial SectorNote that relevant professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreeSelf-starter – this position will be part of a team but management will not be localKnowledge of facility operations and facility project executionExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partnersDemonstrated track record of adhering to tight schedules with demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple and competing resourcesDesired QualificationsMaster’s Degree in a Business, Engineering or Architectural FieldKnowledge of the Client’s operationsKnowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codesExperience in schedule analysisProject Management Institutes’ PMP or equivalent project management certificationTarget salary range $120,001 - $160,000.
