When organizations align with Unseen, their teams become part of the fight against human trafficking through the work they do every day.As this community continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to help strengthen the systems, communication, and relationships that keep the program moving forward.This is a detail-heavy, systems-driven role with a growth path into program leadership over time.Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and relationship-focused Operations & Engagement Assistant to support the continued growth of the Unseen Guardians program.This role combines administrative operations, communication management, engagement support, and event coordination to ensure every Guardian receives a consistent, high-quality experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.You’ll work closely with the Unseen Guardians Coordinator to help build structure, maintain momentum, and improve systems that allow the program to scale effectively.ResponsibilitiesManage onboarding for new Guardians from commitment through activationMaintain accurate data across CRM and communication platformsExecute timely follow-up and ongoing communication with GuardiansSupport newsletters, updates, and engagement communicationsCoordinate Guardian spotlights, social media support, and website updatesAssist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and post-event follow-upTrack payments, engagement details, and program updatesHelp maintain organized systems, processes, and documentationIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiencySupport calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks as neededHelp create a welcoming, professional, and mission-driven experience for Guardians and partnersRequirementsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable learning and working within CRM systems and digital platformsProficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office toolsAbility to work independently while also collaborating closely with a teamProfessionalism, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindsetExperience in administrative support, operations, customer engagement, nonprofit work, or project coordination preferred but not requiredPassion for mission-driven work and community impactWho This Role Is ForSomeone who:Takes ownership and follows through without being askedNotices details others missThrives in organizing and improving systemsCan manage multiple moving pieces without dropping anythingCommunicates clearly and professionallyIf you love creating structure, building relationships, and being part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: Hybrid remote in Fargo, ND 58103
