Operation Analyst

Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support and improve day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, develop reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze operational data and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for management. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Collect, validate, and maintain operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and operational guidelines. Identify operational risks and recommend solutions to improve business performance. Work closely with stakeholders across departments to support business objectives and operational projects. Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, reporting, or process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in banking, financial services, consulting, healthcare, or other operations-driven industries. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement. Experience with workflow automation tools and operational reporting. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems. Ability to document business processes, operational workflows, and process improvements.
