Facilities Manager

Do you enjoy being a one person show? Managing multiple locations? Running physical renovations/project managing?We are searching for a Facilities Manager to manage 10 locations across Carroll County and Baltimore County. The ideal candidate will be handy and proactive - understanding how to keep multiple small offices up and running.ResponsibilitiesHandle routine maintenance, minor renovations, and preventative upkeep, while also engaging external vendors for specialized services beyond in-house expertise. Carry out hands-on maintenance, repair work, and light construction projects across all bank locations.Oversee daily facility operations, including urgent repairs, seasonal maintenance, and assigned improvement projects.Process and complete work orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized tasks or large-scale projects.Support the planning and implementation of capital projects, renovations, and branch upgrades.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, regulatory requirements, and organizational safety standards.Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or general contracting experience.Prior multi-site facilities experience preferred.Optional but beneficial: GC License / HVAC Certification / OSHA Training
