Data Engineer
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team and grow into a core contributor on our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data engineering career to build hands-on experience with enterprise-scale pipelines, cloud platforms, and business intelligence tools while working closely with senior engineers who will mentor your growth.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows
Develop data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes
Manage and document data schemas and metadata
Partner with analysts and business users to translate data needs into technical solutions
Run data quality checks and troubleshoot pipeline issues
Automate manual data processes to improve efficiency
Work hands-on with cloud-based data tools and platforms (Azure)
Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies with the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a data engineering or analytics support role
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Working knowledge of Python for data processing
Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn from senior team members in a mentorship-driven environment
Preferred Experience(Bonus):
Familiarity with the retail energy industry
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data
Certifications in data engineering or cloud technologies
