Full Stack Developer - Basic

Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. Create secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. Gather analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies. Add to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience. Working proficiency in Full Stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software Demonstrated expertise and experience in key web technologies and their non-functional requirements. (Must have) Should have experience with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright automation, and content management systems is highly desirable. Know the TDD approach of designing micro services and writing JUnit test cases using any mocking framework, as well as good exposure to performance tuning java micro services Understanding of the enterprise web application design, build and overall deployment lifecycle, including tools such as Webpack and Rollup, as well as application/libraries version control. Strong capability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, ADA, design, UX, and user research, to deliver impactful products. Strong Core Java and Java Web Application development knowledge (Good to have) Additional Skills: Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
