Role OverviewWe have an excellent opportunity for an EXPERIENCED Pipe Crew Foreman in our Central Idaho Division location, and we encourage applicants in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley and North Idaho to apply!Duties And ResponsibilitiesStrong working knowledge of safety rules, regulations, construction layout, and specificationsHave knowledge of proper grading techniques as well as the operation of most types of grade construction equipment, including maintenance of all work equipmentSupervise a crew of one (1) or more employees depending on the projectWork with Grade Supervisor and Project Managers to develop and execute an effective work plan and schedule to meet project goals.Prepare or assist the Grade Supervisor in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly job tracking documentation and employee time recordsMaintain good attendance and safety record and set an example for others to followJob requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and rakingMinimum QualificationsFive (5) years or more preferred in excavation and grading construction operations.One (1) year or more managing/supervising construction crewsHave verifiable experience as an equipment operatorA high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferredValid driver’s licenseMust be able to work day shifts and night shifts.
