Work Reasource Planner
Coordinate integrated work and resource plans across three work categories.Monitor weekly and annual execution; analyze cost and resource variances.Improve scheduling practices and resource allocation using data-driven insights.Design and pilot scalable planning models to optimize operations.Partner with stakeholders to ensure work readiness and performance tracking.Support contingency planning and reporting for budget and work plan adjustments.Act as the primary point of accountability, communicating delays and issues to supervisors.Monitor maintenance and construction work using dashboards and reports to ensure schedules are met.Track work orders through completion, enforce a 10‑day grace period, and escalate late items.Review and manage a rolling 90‑day plan, ensuring work readiness and dependencies are met.Analyze KPIs (plan vs. actual, closures, codes) using SAP and Excel.Serve as a link between planning data and field operations, using metrics to drive decisions.EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
