Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a K-3 Math Tutor based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The tutor will provide personalized math instruction and support to students in kindergarten through third grade, helping build foundational skills in mathematics. Responsibilities include delivering structured lesson plans, guiding students through practice activities, monitoring their progress, and providing encouragement to foster their confidence in math. Tutors will collaborate with educators to align their tutoring with classroom goals and maintain detailed records of student progress to inform future instruction. Qualifications Strong skills in Mathematics, including a solid understanding of foundational concepts and AlgebraExperience in Tutoring and Online Tutoring, with the ability to facilitate engaging and effective sessionsEffective Communication skills to clearly explain concepts and provide constructive feedbackA passion for working with children and supporting their academic growthBachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site and commit to a consistent full-time schedulePrevious experience in early education or similar academic programs is a plus
