Job SummaryThe Development Coordinator coordinates and supports fundraising, donor engagement, and development initiatives to advance the mission and strategic goals of Pro‑Vision, Inc. This role plays a key part in managing fundraising campaigns, coordinating special events, supporting grant activities, and maintaining accurate development records. The Development Coordinator works independently while serving as a strong operational support to the Director of Development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Fundraising• Coordinate and manage annual fundraising campaigns and special events• Track fundraising progress and maintain accurate donor and campaign records• Manage and update the donor database with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail• Research and identify prospective donors and funding opportunities• Support grant submissions by tracking deadlines, compiling materials, and assisting with reports• Maintain the annual development calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverableDonor Relations & Communications• Coordinate donor communications, including emails, mailings, and acknowledgments• Support donor stewardship activities and engagement efforts• Assist with preparation of fundraising reports and impact summariesMarketing & Administrative Support• Support development and communication efforts across digital, print, and social media platforms• Ensure consistent presentation of the organization’s brand in fundraising and communication materials• Provide general administrative support related to development and marketing initiativesJob QualificationsEducation• Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, marketing or a related field Experience • 2–4 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, or event coordination, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills• Strong project management and organizational skills• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently• High attention to detail and strong follow‑through• Proficiency with donor databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Canva or Adobe experience preferred• Professional, flexible, and able to collaborate with staff, donors, volunteers, and community partners• Commitment to supporting and upholding the mission and values of Pro‑Vision, Inc.Salary $48,000-$60,000
