Position: ELECTRIC MAINT TECH Description:AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Qualified Industrial Electrician in the Roxboro, NC area for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing client. This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule on a 2/2/3 shift rotation. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.Benefits of the Qualified Industrial Electrician:Direct Hire Opportunity12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2/2/3 Schedule)Pay: $33.51Comprehensive Benefits Package AvailableResponsibilities of the Qualified Industrial Electrician:Perform complex predictive and preventative electrical maintenance functions to ensure optimal equipment performance.Troubleshoot electrical problems and make necessary repairs to restore equipment functionality.Perform electrical testing using meggers, OHM meters, and other test equipment.Work with electrical prints and/or computer logic systems.Perform preventative electrical maintenance functions and process control changes.Maintain and repair motors, controls, and industrial electrical systems.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Follow all safety rules and regulations.Communicate effectively with all departments as needed.Operate forklifts and use ladders, hand tools, and packaging tools as required.Requirements of the Qualified Industrial Electrician:Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.Experience working with motors, controls, and industrial electrical systems.Ability to read and understand electrical prints and diagrams.Knowledge of AC/DC systems and industrial voltage systems preferred.Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in a manufacturing or mill environment preferred.Technical or vocational training is a plus.Physical Requirements:Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in a mill/manufacturing environment and be exposed to weather extremes as needed.#INDAI2472 Requirements: Job Type: Permanent Post Date: 05/06/2026
