Apply now and become a vital part of our innovative and dynamic workforce!Recruiting for this role ends on 09/03/2026.Work you'll doAs a MES Functional Senior Consultant on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...Gather, analyze, and translate manufacturing business needs into functional requirements and process designs across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and material movement workflowsSupport supply chain and manufacturing transformation initiatives by defining use cases such as work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance managementPartner with technical teams to support system configuration, integration, and testing across manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, product lifecycle management tools, automation systems, and data platformsContribute to project delivery through test planning, deployment support, hypercare activities, user training, and change adoption efforts in plant and shop floor environmentsHelp drive operational improvement through key performance indicator definition, dashboard reporting, client communication, and day-to-day project executionA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamOur team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive advantages. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or consulting, including experience leading teams or workstreamsExperience with end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and material movement2+ years of experience working in plant environments within discrete or process manufacturingExperience in aerospace and defenseAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with manufacturing execution system platforms such as Opcenter, Apriso, AVEVA, or FactoryTalkExperience with Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, or smart factory initiativesExperience using digital manufacturing or shop floor systemsExperience using Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management toolsExperience in data analytics and reportingThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
