Our promise is to keep delivering the same award-winning service and value that our community has come to expect from our dealership group throughout the years.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service neededUnderstand customer; match requirements and concerns to various service optionsExplain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicleStay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories, and attend product training as requiredMaintain a service customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happinessHire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customersEnsure that each guest receives upfront competitive SPG pricingMaintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriatelyAbility to retain and recruit talented Team MembersQualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager or certified GM service advisor looking for a move up!Strong focus on providing excellent customer serviceHigh school diploma or higher educationClean driving record & valid driver's licenseDriven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teamsReynolds and Reynolds DMS experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive PayPaid Time Off, Vacations and HolidaysHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k)Employee Discounts
