The Delivery Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role within the DeliveryAssurance department at NLS. This team ensures that projects align with our establishedmethodology and best practices, supporting both leadership and department teams. A keyfocus is the governance of the NLS Project Playbook, which outlines our best practices andessential artifacts for successful implementations. Additionally, the team oversees our InternalDelivery Assurance Program (iDAP), designed to hold teams accountable to our standards,identify project risks, and collaborate with leadership to mitigate those risks.This role involves the tactical execution of departmental strategic initiatives, supporting the Sr.Director. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, an exceptional communicator, and driven topromote continuous improvement in project delivery. The Manager will closely collaborate withthe Sr. Director to advance the department's strategic goals, foster a culture of innovation, andcontribute to the company's growth.What You'll Do:Implement and oversee the execution of departmental strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices for NLS implementationsDrive the education and adoption of the NLS Project Playbook and Internal Delivery Assurance Program (iDap) across the organizationDrive the adoption and tracking of Playbook processes, documentation, KPIs, and success metrics in coordination with the Sr. Director and other ManagersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to project challenges, ensuring timely and successful deliveryDrive team building and promote team empowerment towards project success, engagement, and meaningful connection to the company's vision, values, and missionLead, inspire, and manage teams;
